RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA) before attempting to return any merchandise! Unopened merchandise can be returned within 30 days of invoice date for a refund amount of the original merchandise price minus a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. In the event of a Global Stryker mistake, Global Stryker will pay for return shipping charges. Merchandise may not be returned after 30 days.
